Spaghettini restaurant is presenting the impeccable cuisine of Acanto for fine Italian dining experience. Highlights are the hotel’s Chef de Partie, Davide Cassago, formerly in Michelin star restaurant, Vecchia Filanda, and Sous Chef Banqueting Ivan Maffi, a protégé of celebrity chef Gualtiero Marchesi, famed as the founder of modern Italian cuisine.

You can enjoy a selection of authentic Italian cuisine. An exquisite private room is available for any special occasions.

During this promotion, Acanto’s signature dishes will be featured at Spaghettini: crunchy prawns with toasted almonds and fresh parsley sauce; spaghetti with clams, courgettes and light chili sauce; oven baked sea bass with capers, squid and cherry tomatoes; rack of lamb with black olive pâté and Parmesan aubergines.

To end a great dinner, Acanto’s unique tiramisu with strawberry, masala and dark chocolate, will be one of the delightful desserts on offer.
